It is during practice (or sometimes even before practice) when everyone is over it. We start chanting get out swim and our coach picks a few people, they have to swim a race, and he sets times they have to get. If they get the times the whole team gets to get out of practice for the day.
its pretty darn awesome.
But every time we tried to do it this year, we got shut down :(
